A Yoga workshop was organized by Neerja Modi School on 5th November as a part of the Sahodaya Fest, where Students from classes IX to XII from around 13 schools participated. The 1-hour workshop seemingly had wonderful effects on students. While having a word with the students, many said that the session had lifted off the tension and stress they had for the upcoming exams. Yeah, Yoga does have that effect.

While teaching and making students practice different Yogasanas, the trainers also talked at length about the importance of a proper and healthy diet for a healthy lifestyle.

Along with all this, a PPT adhering to body’s biological clock and strict sleep schedule was delivered to teach students the significance of proper sleep schedule.
